Just returned from the gym for my morning workout…I wanted to talk reality. What is the reality of this world record attempt?

But before we get into that reality, I want to talk to the reality of middle aged men.

In future videos, I will you more tips of what we can do as loved ones and those that care.

I need to be able to bench over 300lbs. Right now, I’d venture to say I can bench about 275lbs. I need to be able to squat over 400lbs. I probably squat may be three hundred and I need to be able to run. I need to be able to jump and I need to be able to compete against twenty year  olds! I’m fifty six! Then I have to learn how to long snap, a football, because that’s the position that I’m going for a long snapper and the person who snapped the ball back to the holder on a place kick or a field goal…
