Understanding Your Leadership Style

To be effective today, we must better understand ourselves and those we work with each day, this allows us to gain greater alignment with our team.  Greater alignment means greater effectiveness, less stress and a more meaningful experience for all!

Participants will:

1. Have better understanding of their leadership approach, their dominate and recessive styles
2. Gain deeper understanding of the effect their styles effect others
3. Learn 4 tools on how to align with those that may be different than them
4. Learn how to implement this tool with their team or in  a group setting
5. Have a great grasp of others and how to more effectively communicate with them.
