Effective Communication

Communication (in one for or another) is key to the majority of what you do everyday. In this course we will layout for you a process and system to be a more effective communicator!

Participants will:

1. Learn the 4 styles of communication
2. Better understand the 5 steps of the communication loop
3. Have a more in-depth understanding of the role of the sender and receiver in interpersonal communication
