Community Engagement-Marshaling the Capital of Your Community

In today’s day and age, our Departments must be able to marshal the capital (human, financial, social and moral) of the communities they serve to be able to fulfill their vital mission. In short, they must be a Catalyst and Convener of all stakeholder groups to get done all they need to get done!

In this course, participants will gain practical and proven tools for engaging and marshaling the capital in their community and in all of their various forms to fulfill their important mission.  From starting a foundation, to proven strategies for engaging the business community, to recruiting and retaining volunteer.  This course will provide a comprehensive road map as well as the practical tools and templates to make it happen.
