To be good stewards, we must give attendees at least 30 days of follow-up support to give positive change a chance of happening.

A phone conversation with 6-8 key stakeholders to help better understand conditions on the ground.

A video to promote the conference, outline the speakers, activities as well as the registration process. This creates pre-conference buzz.
THE BIG EVENT
A keynote and up to 4 breakout sessions. The outcome-based, audience specific, heartfelt, transformative messages, filled with meaningful information and tangible tools will provide the inspiration to put them into practice.
30 DAY
FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT
A 30 day of follow-up web page to support the learnings from the conference. This page will provide an additional 12-15 hours of training and will give positive change a fighting chance of actually happening!
COMMITMENT TO CHANGE
The final component of our transformative process is the “commitment” mechanism. We challenge attendees to pick out one thing that they want to improve over the 30 day follow-up period and beyond.
